Benny Katz is highly experienced internationally trained chef with more then 15 years of experienced.

Benny has started his culinary carrier in Israel graduating with honors from Dveer /Dan Hotel Cuilnaru School.

In 1994 he joined Sheraton Tel Aviv, as Chef De Party Dairy Kitchen. There were 300 plus guests everyday, not including weekly banquets.

In 1996 Benny joined TUXEDO Tel Aviv, one of the biggest event and catering companies in Israel, as a Catering Manager.

Party in Israel is the thing to do. From daily  Bar/BAT Mitzvas to Wedding and Gallas he is in charge of serving 600+ guests a day.

In 1999 Benny joined hotel Red Lion [ now Derek ] as a sous chef here in Houston and that same year decided to open his own catering company. Since then for almost a decade he has been serving Houston finest families and companies . Providing superb customer service and preparing the unforgettable cuisine.
